EULA - End User License Agreement

1. You are authorized to install, use, make backups of, distribute at no charge. If you find Regxx useful, you are pleased to make a voluntary donation.

2. REGXX IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, BALDNESS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PACKAGE OR ANY PART THEREOF.

3. You are authorized to distribute this package as long as it is not modified in any way and no money is charged for it other than distribution costs.

4. You are allowed to repackage Rexx with your application as freeware and shareware as long as it is not for commerical use.

5. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement then you are not permitted to use Regxx.
